The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, right in the heart of the Serengeti National Park. Guests can enjoy being surrounded by nature, with animals freely roaming the grounds. the views of the plains are breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. the pool is a perfect oasis for relaxation after a long day of safari.

The hotel may not be very wheelchair accessible, which may be a challenge with mobility disabilities.

The wildlife around the lodge was incredible, with baboons and guinea fowl roaming freely. It truly felt like sleeping in the heart of the Serengeti. The staff was attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. The turn-down service in the rooms was a nice touch.- We loved the lunch boxes provided by the hotel, they were delicious and perfect for our day trips.

The restaurant staff was inconsistent. While some were friendly and helpful, others seemed disinterested and not very attentive.
